The Nordic Track Elite R110 recumbent exercise bike offers comfort and stability due to the chair like design of a recumbent cycle. An innovative Step Thru design makes it easier to get on and off the recumbent bike. With comfort in mind, the R110 recumbent design features extra wide ergonomic pedals located directly in front of you.
The oversized, cushioned seat is built with lumbar support to provide support for your lower back. It is also ventilated to keep you cool, relaxed and focused on your fitness goals in a comfortable, relaxed position. Handgrips next to the seat offer extra stability while you train. With integrated handle controls which let you select your workout and alter your resistance without taking your hands off the handgrips.
12 kg of effective inertia flywheel engineered for incredibly smooth performance, this heavy flywheel delivers a more natural ride. With 26 levels of digital silent magnetic resistance for a frictionless system that increases the intensity of exercise.
This exercise bike includes a 7″ backlit display which provides feedback. These include speed, time, resistance, distance, RPM, calories and heart rate. There are 32 built in workout apps built into the console helping you to reach your fitness goals quickly. These programs include 16 calorie and 16 performance training programs. In addition, for unlimited programs and GoogleMap integration, this machine is compatible with iFit Live via a wireless module. With customised training programs, automatic statistic tracking, Google Maps routes, a new workout every day, and much more! iFit subscription is required, however this is sold separately. (Please Note: iFit Live is not currently compatible with Virgin Media Routers)
Furthermore, the built in dual pulse grips for heart rate measurement to allow you track your pulse to give your workouts maximum performance. For a more accurate reading this is compatible with the Smart BlueTooth chestbelt which sends a continuous signal to the display so you can stay in the right heart rate zone for your fitness goals. Stay cool and comfortable with the oversized AutoBreeze fan. This fan will automatically adjusts its speed to match the speed of your workout. Or, you can personalise your comfort with the manual controls located on the console. Delivery
Delivery of Restyle Fitness equipment is made by our appointed delivery company, which is standard across the industry. Delivery will be made to the address where your payment method (credit or debit card) is registered to. Once your payment is confirmed on our system, you will receive an email detailing your order number, which is also your consignment number, you will need this to track your order or if you need to contact us. All our deliveries are ONE MAN ONLY. The driver will NOT TAKE YOUR PRODUCT INTO YOUR HOME. Please ensure you have prior arrangements to do this yourself. Please Note: The driver is not obliged to take the pallet away
In the unlikely event there is any transit damage, this MUST be reported to Restyle Fitness within 1 working day of delivery.
The following will happen depending on the product(s) you have ordered.
- Items will be delivered by a pallet courier. They will contact you within 3-5 working days after placement of your order to book in a delivery date.
- N.B. “Working days” DOES NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.
Due to highly increased courier costs, we have had to implement delivery charges to some postcodes. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetland Isles, Scotland Isles or Channel Islands due to high shipping costs and new EU restrictions.
Restricted Access / Refused Deliveries
If in doubt about the quality of access to your home or delivery address you MUST notify us prior to order. You will need to be available on the day of your delivery to sign for the delivery and to assist the driver.
Please note ALL deliveries are ONE MAN. This means the driver is only legally bound to drop your item on the kerbside, driveway or easily accessible garage. The driver will NOT take the product into your home, for health and safety and insurance reasons. It is your responsibilty to take the item inside your property. Please check the dimensions and weight of your product which can be found in the specification details on the product page. This is to ensure the item will fit through any doors etc.
Restricted access may include but not be limited to, narrow streets, overhanging trees, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restriction that make it difficult for the carrier to drop the goods, in these instances may result in a failed or refused delivery.
Please Note: The driver is not obliged to take the pallet away.
If you have not made arrangements to take the product into your property prior to delivery or will not fit through gates/doors/stairwells etc, your order may be refused or fail. There will be a charge if this is the case. Refused or failed deliveries will be charged at fee between £99.99 and £199.99 dependant on product purchased and postcode. This includes product transit insurance and does not affect your statutory rights. This will be deducted from any refunds.
