Equipment Deliveries
Delivery of Restyle Fitness equipment is made by our appointed delivery companies, which is standard across the industry. Delivery will be made to the address where your payment method (credit/debit card) is registered to. Once your payment is confirmed on our system, you will receive an email detailing your order number, which is also your consignment number, you will need this to track your order or if you need to contact us. All our deliveries are ONE MAN ONLY. The driver will NOT TAKE YOUR PRODUCT INTO YOUR HOME. Please ensure you have prior arrangements to do this yourself. Also please note, the driver is not obliged to take the pallet away.
In the unlikely event there is any transit damage, this must be signed for as damaged or refused at point of delivery. This MUST then be reported to Restyle Fitness within 1 working day of delivery.
The following will happen depending on the product(s) you have ordered.
- Accessories and parts will be delivered within 2-3 working days by a delivery partner at a cost of £8.99 for most UK postcodes – Higher Scotland postcodes are £24.99.
- Or via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery at a cost of £4.99.
- Large items will be delivered by a pallet courier. They will contact you within 3-4 working days after placement of your order to book in a delivery date.
- N.B. “Working days” DOES NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.
Due to highly increased courier costs, we have had to implement delivery charges to some postcodes. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

- Delivery Times: Monday – Friday – anytime during the day of arranged delivery date.
- Delivery can take 5-10 working days
- Our delivery company will ring the customer after 3-5 working days to arrange delivery
- One man kerbside or driveway delivery only
- Excludes some postcodes, England Mainland only, see T&C’s
Saturday Delivery – Please contact us for a price from the couriers.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetland Isles, Scotland Isles or Channel Islands due to high shipping costs and Brexit restrictions.
Restricted Access / Refused Deliveries
If in doubt about the quality of access to your home or delivery address you MUST notify us prior to order. You will need to be available on the day of your delivery to sign for the delivery and to assist the driver.
Please note ALL deliveries are ONE MAN. This means the driver is only legally bound to drop your item on the kerbside or driveway. The driver will NOT take the product into your home, for health and safety and insurance reasons. It is your responsibility to take the item inside your property. Please check the dimensions and weight of your product which can be found in the specification details on the product page. This is to ensure the item will fit through any doors etc.
Restricted access may include but not be limited to, narrow streets, overhanging trees, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restriction that make it difficult for the carrier to drop the goods, in these instances may result in a failed or refused delivery.
Please note: the driver is not obliged to take the pallet away.
If you have not made arrangements to take the product into your property prior to delivery or will not fit through gates/doors/stairwells etc, your order may be refused or fail. There will be a charge if this is the case. Refused or failed deliveries will be charged at between £99.99 and £199.99 dependant on product purchased and postcode. This will be deducted from any refunds.
If you are purchasing a treadmill and are concerned this will not fit through any doors for example, we can arrange for this to be stripped into 2 pieces. If you require this service please leave a note at checkout. This service can only be offered on treadmills.
Restyle Six Month Warranty
All manufacturer return fitness equipment comes with Restyle Fitness 6 months parts and labour return to base warranty. We do not repair machines in customers home. All manufacturers warranty is void. In most cases a replacement a part will be sent FREE of charge for you to fit yourself. If this is not possible, we would arrange our couriers to collect for our engineers to repair. This collection is kerbside only and the product would need to be outside your property ready for the driver.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage through excessive or abusive use or general maintenance. All item sold by Restyle Fitness is for the purpose of domestic use only. Our warranty does not apply to equipment bought for hire or commercial purposes. This warranty is not transferable.

Out of Warranty Returns
If a repair is needed outside of the warranty period and needs to be returned to us for repair, this will be at the customers own cost. We can instruct our couriers to collect, please contact us for a shipping quote which will include product transit insurance. Please call 01924 835656 or email here to arrange.
Returns Policy
Any item purchased can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery as per the UK government distance selling act. It is your responsibility to return the product to us at your own cost. We can instruct our couriers to collect and return to us for a fee between £99.99 and £199.99 dependant on product purchased and postcode. This includes product transit insurance and does not affect your statutory rights. This will be deducted from any refunds.
We will process the refund, less original postage costs incurred by us, providing the product is returned unused, undamaged and in its original condition. All returns must be notified to the customer services team on 01924 835656 or click here to email and authorised for return prior to being sent back to us.
If any accessory is returned, the cost of the return is the buyers responsibility. Also original postage and packing charges will not be refunded. iFit memberships can not be returned if the code as been registered or redeemed.
