Serves 4
- 150g low fat cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chopped or dried chives
- 2 tbsp chopped or dried parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped or dried basil
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Beat cream cheese until light and creamy
Add sour cream, mayonnaise and herbs
Season to taste and serve with crunchy carrot and cucumber sticks
