Delivery and Return

Accessory and Part Deliveries

Delivery of Restyle Fitness equipment is made by our appointed courier. Delivery will be made to the address where your payment method (credit or debit card) is registered to. Once your payment is confirmed on our system, you will receive an email detailing your order number, which is also your consignment number, you will need this to track your order or if you need to contact us.

In the unlikely event there is any transit damage, this MUST be reported to Restyle Fitness within 1 working day of delivery.

The following will happen depending on the product(s) you have ordered.

• Larger accessories will be delivered within 1-2 working days by a delivery partner.
• N.B. “Working days” DOES NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Economy Delivery – £6.99 for most UK postcodes – Higher Scotland postcodes are £19.99.

• Delivery Times: Monday – Friday
• Delivery can take 1-2 working days
• Our courier will attempt delivery, however if you are not at home to take delivery they will issue card through your letterbox to re-arrange.

Next Day Delivery – £12.99

• Delivery Times: Monday – Friday
• Orders must be placed by 12 noon the working day before
• Our courier will attempt delivery, however if you are not at home to take delivery they will issue card through your letterbox to re-arrange.
• No refund will be issued if there is no-one to take delivery

Returns

Any item purchased can be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. We will process the refund, less original postage costs incurred by us, providing the product is returned unused, undamaged and in its original condition. All returns must be notified to the customer services team on 01924 835656 and authorised for return prior to being sent back to us.

If any accessory is returned, the cost of the return is the buyers responsibility. Also postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
