This cross trainer includes a backlit multi colour console screen. This provides speed, time, resistance, distance, calories and heart rate readings. There are 21 built in programs which automatically adjust the resistance and pace. In addition, there is a Recovery test also built in to the console.

The 12 kg of effective inertia flywheel provides a smooth motion. With 16 levels of digital silent magnetic resistance for a frictionless system that increases the intensity of exercise. Furthermore, the built in dual pulse grips for heart rate measurement to allow you track your pulse to give your workouts maximum performance.
