This Proform 425 ZLX recumbent exercise bike console comes with plenty of features to make your workout more effective. The bright backlit LCD display shows continuous exercise feedback such as speed, time, distance and calories burnt. Select the manual mode of the console to change the resistance of the pedals with a touch of a button.

The console offers 18 preset programs including 9 weight loss and 9 performance. Each workout automatically changes the resistance of the bike and prompts you to vary your pedaling speed. In addition, this is compatible with iFit SD Cards. These cards each contain an 8 week training program. The iFit workouts control the resistance of the pedals as well as the voice of a personal trainer who coaches you through your workouts.There are several to choose from, however these are sold seperately.

The resistance will take you through 18 levels of digital silent magnetic resistance. Stay in your target heart rate zone with heart rate sensors built into the handlebars. Additionally, for a more accurate reading, this is compatible with an optional chest strap for hands free use. Your reading is displayed on the console for a fast progress check-up to ensure you are training at the correct intensity.

Furthermore, you can even listen to your favourite music or audio books while you train with the built in speakers. You will find your exercise becomes a fun part of your daily routine. (3.5mm jack lead needed – not included)

Please note the battery covers are not included with this console. This console also has light cosmetic marks, these do not effect the use of the display.
