This console for Nordic Track E12.0 cross trainer console comes with an array of features to make your workout more effective enjoyable. The bright backlit LCD console has a high resolution graphical display which gives you more accurate readings. This display shows all your vital workout feedback, for example speed, time, distance and calories burnt.

By selecting the manual mode on the console, you can change the resistance of the pedals along with the incline of the ramp with the touch of a button. Or you can choose one of the 25 preset workouts which have been designed by personal trainers. These programs include 15 target toning and 10 performance workouts. Each workout automatically changes the resistance of the cross trainer and the incline ramp. In addition, connect with the iFit module to maximise your exercise experience. Track your progress, replicate real life runs with GoogleMaps, train with Jillian Michaels together with customising workouts to your specific goals. Module and Subscription are required, however these are sold seperatley.

The resistance will take you through 25 levels of digital silent magnetic resistance. Together with the power incline ramp which can be selected upto 30°, which will also adjust the stride length. These can both be adjusted at the touch of a button. Stay in your target heart rate zone with heart rate sensors built into the handlebars. Additionally, for a more accurate reading, the Polar T34 chest strap is compatible for hands free use. Your reading is displayed on the console for a fast progress check-up to ensure you are training at the correct intensity.

Keep cool during your workout with the built in fan. The fan has high and low speed settings. Press the fan button repeatedly to select a fan speed or to turn it off. Furthermore, you can even listen to your favourite music as well as audio books while you train through the built in speakers giving added motivation. (3.5mm jack lead needed – not included).
