- 500g broccoli
- 3 spring onions or red onions
- 100ml (around 100g) raisins
- 100ml low fat natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Turkey bacon or lean bacon rashers
Directions
Cut the broccoli in small peaces and steam/boil them until tender for around 4 min then drain
Chop the spring onions in small slices or the red onions in small cubes, add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the yogurt and balsamic vinegar together and add the broccoli, onions and raisins
Dry fry the bacon in small cubes and add it on the salad
