Delivery of Restyle Fitness equipment is made by our appointed delivery companies, which is standard across the industry. Deliveries will be made to the address where your payment method (credit/debit card) is registered to. Once your payment is confirmed on our system, you will receive an email detailing your order number, which is also your consignment number, you will need this to track your order or if you need to contact us. All our deliveries are ONE MAN ONLY. The driver will NOT TAKE YOUR PRODUCT INTO YOUR HOME. Please ensure you have prior arrangements to do this yourself. Also please note, the driver is not obliged to take the pallet away.
In the unlikely event there is any transit damage, this must be signed for as damaged or refused at point of delivery. This MUST then be reported to Restyle Fitness within 1 working day of delivery.
The following will happen depending on the product(s) you have ordered.
- Smaller accessories will be delivered within 2-3 working days by a delivery partner or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
- Large items will be delivered by a pallet courier. They will contact you within 2-3 working days after placement of your order to book in a delivery date.
- N.B. “Working days” DOES NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.
Delivery Options – Due to our courier company charging surcharges to certain postcodes, deliveries will be chargable – accurate costs will be shown at checkout.
Saturday Delivery – Please contact us for a price from the couriers.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Shetland Isles, Scotland Isles or Channel Islands due to high shipping costs and new EU restrictions.
