ReStyle Fitness, Yorkshire’s leading home fitness equipment retailer, have made every effort to ensure that the information on the website is correct and up-to-date. Our terms and conditions (T&C’s) of business mean that when using our website, you agree to be legally bound by our terms and conditions. It is important you take the time to read the T&C’s as you will be asked to confirm agreement at the checkout. ReStyle Fitness accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or price changes. ReStyle Fitness also tries to ensure that product images are representative of the product for sale, however we accept no responsibility if the product in the image does not match exactly the product you purchase.

We reserve the right to change our T&C’s from time to time and so recommend you check them periodically. If you do not agree to any change to the T&C’s then you must immediately stop using the website.

All products will require assembly and installation by you, unless otherwise stated or you opt for our cost effective build up service, which means your product will be delivered, ready built up by our in-house technicians. Please note most clearance items come already built up.

 

How to order and pay

At ReStyle Fitness all our prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, we have four methods of payment;

  • Online-payment is over the internet and is processed by HSBC Bank. When purchasing online, you will be transferred to the HSBC secure payment website. At no point can ReStyle Fitness see or access your credit card details. Please make sure when ordering online that your delivery address matches your cardholder details. If you encounter any problems, please call 0845 643 5656.
  • Telephone-payment by phone via our sales team 0845 643 5656. N.B. orders must be made by 12 noon to qualify for a next day delivery. Orders can be made Monday-Friday 9-5pm, Sat 10-5pm and Sunday 11-4pm. Your cardholder registered address should match your delivery address, if it doesn’t match we will send you an invoice to the delivery address and you must call us back on receipt and tell us the order number before we can despatch the goods to you. This is to safeguard you against card theft.
  • By post-for payment by post please make your cheque payable to ReStyle Fitness Ltd and send to ReStyle Fitness, Unit 9D, Roundwood Industrial Estate, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 9SQ. Please add your card number on the reverse of the cheque. Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for clearance of personal cheques in addition to your delivery times.
  • In-store-payment in our showroom is available Mon-Fri 9-5pm, Sat 10-5pm. We take all major credit and debit cards, cheques are accepted see terms above.

All orders must be paid in full with cleared funds before dispatch. Please ensure you read all the T&C’s carefully before making an order.

 

Secure payments

All on-line and telephone card payments are fully protected using a 128 bit SSL encryption to process payments. Transactions can be taken via the HSBC secure epayments system. This is a secure online service for card authorisation and settlement, with up-to-the-minute security features from both Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode™ for internet orders and the additional security of Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Verification Service (CVS) for mail and telephone orders.

Our second options for paymnet online is by Google Checkout. Choosing to purchase via Google checkout is quick and easy. As with paying via HSBC we never see your credit card details so you can be assured that your personal information is safe.

 

Delivery

Delivery of ReStyle Fitness equipment goods are made by our appointed delivery companies-this is standard across the industry. Delivery will be made to the address given on the invoice. Once your payment is confirmed on our system, you will receive an order numbere, you will need this to track your order. The following will happen depending on the product(s) you have ordered.

Items under 5kg will be posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery and need to be signed for, this service will take 3-5 working days.

Items over 5kg upto 40kg will be delivered next day by our delivery partner APC, for enquiries please call 01484 664400 please quote your name and address.

Items over 40kg will be delivered by Pallet Track our delivery partner, they will call you within 2 working days after placement of your order to arrange delivery. You can track your order by calling Pallet Track on 01924 401928 and quoting your order number above.

Two man deliveries will take upto 10 working days. Our delivery partner Highways will call you to arrange a delivery, to track your delivery please call Highways on 0845 0529035, please ask for Traffic and quote your order number above.

N.B. "Working days" DOES NOT include weekends of Bank Holidays.

Build up service

Choose this option at checkout and have the peace of mind your product will arrive tried and tested and ready to use. This service is only available on bikes, rowing machines, treadmills and elliptical. Prices from £19.95 please allow for a longer delivery time.

 

Restricted access

If in doubt about the quality of access to your home or delivery address you MUST notify us prior to order, call sales 0845 643 5656, as you may require a two man delivery. You may be required to assist the driver in the delivery of your order.

Please note deliveries are ALL one man deliveries, unless stated or you request a two man delivery option. This means the driver is legally bound to drop your item on the kerbside only, it is at their discretion to offer assistance in getting your product into your home, this is for health and safety and insurance reasons. If you require assistance, we recommend you request a two man delivery at an additional cost at checkout. Please check the weight of your product on the website as you may be required to assist the driver in delivering your order.

With a two man delivery the drivers are only required to take your product to a ground floor room, you must make arrangements to take products upstairs.

Restricted access may include but not be limited to, steps that are immediately outside the premises which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property. Overhanging trees, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restriction that make it difficult for the carrier to drop the goods, in these instances your delivery may be failed or refused.

Additionally if it is found at point of delivery that our larger products will not fit through your gates/doors/stairwells etc your delivery order may be failed or refused.

Please note, if you do not advise us of restricted access prior to delivery and your order is failed or refused, you will be charged and the amount deducted from any refund or credit note. Refused or failed deliveries will be charged at £59.95.

 

Short deliveries and damage to goods

You MUST make time to check your order when the carrier arrives. You MUST count your pieces and check for any damage to the packaging. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carriers delivery note, you MUST record the number of pieces received on the delivery note with your signature. The driver has a 15 minute slot for every drop, so you have time to open and check your boxes or unwrap the equipment.

You must cross out ‘delivered in good condition’ from the carriers delivery note. If you just sign without doing this your signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order and that the packaging was in good condition.

Any short delivery of boxes MUST be reported to ReStyle Fitness within 24 hours of signing. Neither ReStyle Fitness or the carrier can be held responsible for short deliveries or damage to the packaging after this time and if it is not noted on the delivery note with a signature. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of goods being faulty.

The customer needs to examine the goods as soon as possible after delivery and notify us of any fault or damage to the goods as soon as possible. We recommend you retain your original packaging for up to 30 days after receiving your goods.

 

Faulty goods

In the event of an item being delivered that is faulty, please contact us immediately on 0845 643 5656. We will require proof of purchase before we will arrange to have your product collected or an engineer sent out free of charge.

If and when the carrier comes to collect the item to return to us, it must be left at the kerbside for collection. If a product is not ready for collection then a charge will be made to you.

Once the item has been returned, it will be checked and if necessary a replacement product sent to you. You MUST ensure that the product is packaged in a way that will protect it from damage, in it’s original packaging. If the product is found NOT to be faulty, it will be returned to you and charge you £59.95 to cover both collection and return delivery costs.

 

Returns policy - Money back guarantee

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return a product we will be happy to exchange, refund or credit note provided it is in a condition which allows us to re-sell it.

If your product cost £199.99 or less or was a clearance item, you are eligible for our 7 day money back guarantee returns policy. If your product cost £200 or more you can return it to us within 28 days (applies to online orders only). Please note returns MUST be in the original, undamaged, packaging.

All returns must be notified to the customer services team 0845 643 5656 and authorised for return prior to being sent back to us. If you do not receive authorisation we may refuse the return and reserve the right to refuse the refund. Please note that any free gift items you received with the product must also be returned, unopened and in their packaging, or paid for in full.

If the product is returned without the original packaging or with damaged packaging we reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit on the purchase, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund/credit amount. If we cannot sell a returned product as a new, clean item then we will need to reduce the sale value in order to re-sell the product. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.

We will exchange or refund your original product when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is unwanted. In the case of unwanted items we would charge you for the cost of delivery and collection and deduct this from your refund or credit note.

Please note that goods purchased in our showroom are exchanged at the Manager’s discretion and maybe subject to a restocking fee. These must be returned within 7 days of order.

Please note that goods purchased over the phone are subject to a seven day return policy.

Please note clearance products are classed as 'one off' special order items and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect your statutary rights if the product is faulty.

 

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to goods being dispatched.

If goods have been dispatched you have the right to return them and our return policy applies. You will be charged a collect and return fee of £59.95. The goods must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging including any free gifts sent with the order.

ReStyle Fitness reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund or credit note. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging or assembled, your right to cancel may be forfeited.

 

Special orders

Special orders are goods that are not normally stocked and have been ordered specifically for the customer. Therefore they are not eligible for return or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty.

Warranties

All products on our website are covered by a manufacturers warranty with the exception of clearance products which are covered by a ReStyle Fitness six month parts and labour only warranty (see below). Most manufacturers offer a one or two year warranty so please check this when you purchase your product at checkout. Please make sure you retain your invoice and or delivery note as proof of purchase-warranty cover begins from the date on your invoice. See below here for a list of manufacturer contact details.

Please note, neither the manufacturers warranty or ReStyle Fitness six month warranty will cover failure of a product if caused by accidental damage, general wear and tear, unreasonable or abusive behaviour, or if you have not provided reasonable and necessary care. Our products are sold for home/domestic use and are not suitable for commercial use.

ReStyle Fitness 6 month parts and labour warranty covers you for parts to the value of £200 and cost of delivery.

Warranty and guarantees cover mainland UK addresses, however, non mainland UK and offshore addresses may not be covered please call sales for clarification, 0845 643 5656.

Prices and price match

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to human or technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price. ReStyle Fitness shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and monies have been set aside on your credit card.

The price is the price quoted on the website. We stock hundreds of products and make every effort to ensure we are competitive in the market place. If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, tell us and we will beat it for you. Call sales on 0845 643 5656.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof, including products) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to, or withdrawal of, the website.

 

Availability

We cannot always guarantee that products shown on our website are immediately available to purchase. If an item you have chosen is unavailable we will contact you within 48 hours.

If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the item for a similar product at no extra cost to you. However if you are unhappy with the substituted item, you can return the product at no extra cost to you (see returns policy).

 

What is refurb?

Many of our customers ask us this question. We hope the following explanation is clear and reassuring.

"Refurbished," in reference to home fitness products simply means that the equipment was returned to the original manufacturer either because the box was damaged, the customer simply didn't want it or a minor problem was found.

Refurbished products cannot be sold as new products, which is why they are resold as ‘refurbished stock’ even though they are good-as-new (for example, a treadmill might have been returned for some reason totally unrelated to the product itself, i.e. the customer changed their mind about the colour or the model).

In some cases refurbished items may or may not have scratches, dents or other forms of cosmetic damage which do not affect the performance of the unit.

This equipment is then sent from the manufacturer to the Restyle Fitness, an established and widely recognised refurbishment company. Before re-selling the equipment, our trained team of in-house technicians unbox and assemble every machine. They try and test it is fully working, fix any minor problems such as a loose connection, or lubricate a sticking belt, replace a damaged part such as a wheel cover. In many cases the machine needs no attention at all.

They then certify the unit is in good working order and authorise a six month parts and labour warranty. We then sell this product at a significant discount on the original manufacturers recommended retail price. You can extend this warranty by a further six months (parts only) and keep renewing as long as we have the parts available.

Refurbished stock is sold at a cheap and affordable price – in some cases up to 70% cheaper, but more often at 50% cheaper.
