Restyle Fitness have made every effort to ensure that the data of products on the website are correct, with images that match. However, Restyle Fitness accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions or price changes. Restyle Fitness also tries to ensure that the product images that are used are representative of the product, however we accept no responsibility if the product in the image does not match the product you purchase. All products are subject to availability. All products will require assembly and installation by you, with the exception of the clearance items. However there may be instance where a clearance item will arrive and will require assembly and installation.

How To Order

Restyle Fitness have 3 methods available to you to purchase goods, telephone, mail and the internet. Payment over the internet is processed by HSBC, when purchasing online, you will be passed, along with your order details to the HSBC payment website. At no point can Restyle Fitness Ltd see or access your credit card details. Please make sure when ordering from the Internet that your delivery address matches the cardholders address. Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for clearance of personal cheques on top of normal delivery time. Telephone orders can be placed on Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm. All orders must be paid in full before the good will be shipped to you.

Warranties

All products on our website are covered by a manufacturers warranty with the exception of clearance products. Clearance products are sold with Restyles' six months parts and labour. Products purchased must be used in the home and are not covered if the product is used in a commercial environment. Neither the manufactures warranty or Restyle Fitness 6 months part and labour guarantee will cover failure of any product if it has been cause by unreasonable or abusive behaviour, or if you have not provided reasonable and necessary care. None main land UK address may not be covered by these warranties please contact us for clarification.

Delivery Information

When our delivery company delivers your goods, it is at the carriers discretion whether they will delivery to properties that are above or below the ground floor, this may also include but is not limited to steps that are immediately outside the premises which are required to gain access to the property.

You must inform us before delivery of any restrictions gaining access to the delivery address, including but not limited to, steps, narrow walkways, narrow doors, overhanging trees, narrow lanes and tight bends. If your delivery is refused because of restricted access then you may be charged an additional fee or have the delivery subtracted from any refunds.

Standard Delivery is next day for all items. Orders must be placed before 12pm in order to qualify for next day delivery . The delivery company may provide a booking service for this delivery, and so may call to notify you before delivery, but this is not guaranteed. Restyle accepts no responsibilities if the delivery is not made when the delivery company has arranged. Delivery times may increase during peak periods such as Christmas, please contact sales to enquire about current delivery times.

You should be aware that you may have to assist the delivery man in delivering the product, especially in situations listed above, where access is restricted or access to the property is above or below ground floor, e.g. a block of flats Specific Delivery Dates can be requested, however, Restyle Fitness can make no guarantees that this is available.

Restyle Fitness will not accept any responsibility, nor entertain any claim made for compensation for late delivery.

When the delivery is complete you MUST ensure that you have received all the boxes that are noted on the delivery note and that the boxes are in good condition, if not, you MUST note on the delivery note how many boxes are missing and what the condition of the boxes is. Please make sure to contact us quickly regarding short or damaged deliveries, this does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty.

Please note that if you wish to return products to us, then you are liable for any delivery charges in returning the goods.

Please Note: Betweenthe 19th December and the 4th January no order will be dispatched. After the 19th December the next date for dispatch will be 5th January.

Extra Delivery Charges
Next Day Delivery is available on certain products, so long as the order is placed before 12pm, and your payment has cleared. Next Day delivery comes with an additional charge.
Please note, that due to high shipping costs, the some postcodes and areas may be subject to an additional shipping charge of £60
The postocdes currently excluded from free delivery are (but not limited to) BT, HS, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, KW and all off shore postcodes, including (but not limited to), the Isle of Man, Isle of White, Shetland, Outer Hebrides, Jersey, Guernsey.

Faulty Goods

In the event of an item being delivered that is faulty, then please contact us immediately. We will require proof of purchase, then we will arrange to have the product collected or an engineer sent out free of charge. If and when the carrier comes to collect the goods to return to us, and they are not ready to be collected, then a charge will be made to you so that the carrier can recollect the goods. Once the items have been returned, they will be checked and if necessary a replacement product shipped to you. You must ensure that the product is packed in a way that will protect it from damage, preferably in the original package that it came in. If the product is found not to be faulty, we will return the product to you, and you will be liable for all delivery charges that have occurred.

Free iFit Cards

Free iFit cards are only available with items that are not in our clearance section. You must buy the full priced product to receive this offer.

Money Back Guarantee

To qualify for the 30-day return option the purchase price of the item being returned must exceed £250, otherwise our normal 7-day return option applies. Please note the 30 day return option is only applicable to purchases of prime products made through our website and does not apply to purchases made in-store.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it (in its original packaging, freight prepaid) to us for a refund or credit (less any actual shipping, delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you). Please note any free-of-charge items received when purchasing the returned product/s, must also be returned, or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from Restyle Fitness.

In order to return your goods, you must obtain authorisation from us within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be made using the original packaging and must arrive to us in good condition, with freight prepaid. The returned merchandise must be received back to Restyle Fitness within 10 days of receiving authorisation. You must prepay all shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, which you will be liable for.

For return authorisation, please contact Restyle Fitness on 01924 272093. We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item.

Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days; in the event of the item being returned to Restyle Fitness. Please note Restyle Fitness will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.

Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer will also be responsible for freight costs both ways incurred by Restyle Fitness.

Please note, goods purchased in store are exchanged at the manager's discretion & may be subject to a restocking charge.
