Many customers ask us what refurbished means."Refurbished," simply means that the equipment was returned by the customer to
the original manufacturer either because the box was damaged or the customer simply changed their mind, they couldn't build
it up or a minor problem was found.
Once returned a product cannot be sold as 'new', even though in many cases returned products are 'as good as new'. Returned stock
is resold as ‘refurbished stock', in some cases refurbished items may or may not have scratches, dents or other forms of cosmetic
damage which do not affect the performance of the unit, but these are reflected in the discounted prices.
Our trained team of in-house technicians unbox and and build up all returned fitness eqipment to test they are fully working.
In many cases the machines need no attention at all. These machines are then certified as 'Refurbished' - in good working order
and given a six month parts and labour warranty.
