The exercise stations included in this multi-gym are the Bench Press, Chest Press, Lat Pulldown (Front and Back), Pec Dec, Leg Extension, Back Leg Curls, Upright Rows, Crunches and Sit-Ups.
There are 7X 4.5kg Aggregate filled Vinyl Shells as the gyms weight system. There is a Maximum resistance of 64kg.
