Multi Gyms
We stock a wide range of home use MultiGyms. Multi-gyms have the advantage of allowing you to work out without being 'spotted' by someone, which means you dont need a training buddy to hand. Home multigyms also allow you to safely exercise areas that are more to difficult to do with free weights, and also forcing you to keep good position. When looking at a multi-gym, it is important to consider the weight of the stack, the more weight available, the more you can lift. However, the weight changes as it passes through the pulley, so you also need to look at what each workout maximum weight is.
