A rowing machine can be used by anyone, of any age and any fitness level. There are several types of rowing machines to choose from

We at Restyle Fitness stock a wide range of MultiGyms. Multigyms have the advantage of allowing you to work out with out being spotted by someone,
and also allow you to safely exercise areas that are more to difficult to do with free weights, and also forcing you to keep good position. When looking at a multigym, it is important
to consider the weight of the stack, the more weight, the more you can lift, however, the weight changes as it passes through the pulley, so
you also need to look at what each workout maximum weight is.
